Old Unit Exchange/Surcharge Policy:
A full surcharge refund will be made on condition your old unit is returned to us within 30 days of your new purchase, fully intact and in serviceable condition. Full compliance will ensure you receive your whole surcharge refund. All surcharge refunds will be paid into the account from which they were originally purchased.
Please Note;
1. All units must be returned to us within 30 days of invoice/receipt date.
2. All units returned must be like for like and in a serviceable condition (i.e. unit must be complete with all parts attached and have no physical damage).
3. The old unit must be drained of fuel and placed in a secure plastic bag and may be repacked in the box in which your new unit arrived.
Warranty Returns Policy:
In the unlikely circumstance there is a problem with your purchase, UK MAINLAND customers should return their units using the pre-paid service. Remote UK (As specified by UPS Extended Delivery Service) & Overseas Customers will be refunded the cost of economy returns upon receipt of proof of postage for faulty items only.
